Shari at the Willard-Hilton

Louis Mason's 1800's hotel was closed during prohibition and re-opened in 1933. Famous at one time for its perch fries, it was renovated and re-opened in 1990 as a gourmet restaurant. The Willard-Hilton thrives today despite being located in one of Michigan's ghost towns!
